Guidelines for funding
- Child is in active or maintenance treatment for the disease such as in chemo or radiation.
- Child is 18 years of age or younger.
- Child resides in Lodi, Galt, or San Joaquin County.
- $800 is available to families every 6 months while the child is in
treatment.
- Family selects various gift cards according to their needs, totaling $800.
- Verification of illness subject to confirmation from care facility social worker.
