Guidelines for funding
- Child is in active or maintenance treatment for the disease such as in chemo or radiation.
- Child is 18 years of age or younger.
- Child resides in Lodi, Galt, San Joaquin County, or Stanislaus County.
- $800 is available to families every 6 months while the child is in
treatment.
- Funding is in the form of gift cards in the amount requested by family.
- Verification of illness subject to confirmation from care facility social worker.
